The six months programme of sabbatical and ongoing formation was very accurate and timely for me.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_2024014734319539835yiv7620488156yMail_cursorElementTracker_1599462202781\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The courses were all well arranged and organised and was able to meet my needs at the right time. The courses were all very rich and resourceful. I cannot list out all the courses but it was an all rounder programme where I developed new skills for my pastoral activities and for myself. I was also exposed to more church&#8217;s documents too.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_2024014734319539835yiv7620488156yMail_cursorElementTracker_1599462497873\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The programme was very relaxing as I had enough time for rest and prayers and reflections. This made me recover\u00a0 my health and energy. The inclusion of co-journeying once a week and the group processing helped me in my own personal and spiritual processing and enhanced my growth.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_2024014734319539835yiv7620488156yMail_cursorElementTracker_1599462777986\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">I will strongly recommend the ICOF programme to religious and priests who really want a gracefilled sabbatical programme.
