\nLa th\u00e9orie U est un voyage int\u00e9rieur pour surgir dans notre vie quotidienne. Selon elle, il y a deux fa\u00e7ons d\u2019apprendre :<\/span>
\n1- Apprendre \u00e0 partir des exp\u00e9riences du pass\u00e9<\/span>
\n2- Apprendre \u00e0 partir du futur \u00e9mergent<\/span>
\nLes trois mouvements du U sont :<\/span>
\nObserver-observer, se retirer \u2013 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et permettre \u00e0 la connaissance int\u00e9rieure d\u2019\u00e9merger.<\/span>
\nDans ce cheminement il y a trois ennemis qui nous emp\u00eachent de faire ce voyage et de descendre dans le fond du U o\u00f9 se trouve pourtant JESUS CHRIST,notre grand Soi : il s\u2019agit de la voix du jugement, dela voix du cynismeet de la voix de la peur.<\/span>

\nUn enregistrement est un ordre de fonctionnement \u00e9motionnel.<\/span>
\nNotre esprit recueille des informations par le biais des sens lorsqu\u2019un moment crucial survient pour notre survie. Cependant, les enregistrements ne sont ni constructifs, ni destructifs. Ils constituent des blocages qui se traduisent par des maux psychiques, \u00e9motionnels ou physiques.<\/span>
